Ergomotion<\/h2>\n

Ergomotion helpt organisaties bij vraagstukken rondom vitaliteit en inzetbaarheid van medewerkers. Van preventie van verzuim op organisatieniveau tot aan individuele behandeling en ondersteuning bij re-integratie.
\nMet 25 jaar ervaring in de bedrijfszorg kijken we verder dan symptoombestrijding. We geloven in een integrale benadering van het thema vitaliteit en richten ons daarbij op emotie, cognitie \u00e9n omgeving.
\nWe meten niet alleen met de resultaten van verzuim, health checks of pmo\u2019s, maar we zorgen ervoor dat aandacht voor fysieke en mentale belasting een vanzelfsprekende positie inneemt binnen de organisatie. Eigen regie van medewerkers staat daarbij centraal en ook andere rollen en verantwoordelijkheden worden belegd.<\/p>\n

Dit doen we door middel van onderzoek & advies, trainingen & workshops en specialistische (individuele) begeleiding. Hiermee benaderen we vitaliteit in de breedste zin \u2013 van analyse en strategie tot behandeling. Denk bijvoorbeeld aan RI&E, werkplekonderzoek, arbeidsdeskundig onderzoek, cursussen en workshops. We werken in heel Nederland, met een netwerk aan arbodeskundigen, (fysio)therapeuten, bedrijfsartsen, trainers en adviseurs.<\/p>\n

HOE HET BEGON
\nErgomotion is ruim 20 jaar geleden ontstaan uit de paramedische praktijk voor Oefentherapie in Amsterdam. In de praktijk kwamen veel cli\u00ebnten met klachten gerelateerd aan fysieke- en mentale overbelasting. Toen de zorgverzekeraar een pilot startte die de mogelijkheid bood om mensen op het werk te behandelen was de stap naar het bedrijfsleven snel gemaakt. Juist het behandelen en trainen op het werk bleek een effectieve en doelmatige interventie om medewerkers te ondersteunen met reintegratie en duurzame inzetbaarheid. Om organisaties en medewerkers verder te ondersteunen in vraagstukken omtrent arbeidsomstandigheden, preventie en duurzame inzetbaarheid is Ergomotion is uitgegroeid tot een landelijk netwerk van professionals.
