Our proposition for health and safety services is built on scalable, data-driven prevention. The Johan platform provides building blocks for questionnaires, PMO, examinations, coaching and complete vitality programs. We apply these building blocks in three concrete use cases for different customer segments.

2.1 Questionnaire
Mini-DIX (15-30 questions, supplemented with absence sections) or DIX (60 questions). Personalized per employee with access to a personal dashboard. Employers receive only anonymous group insights - fully AVG-proof.
2.2 Individual follow-up
With a risk profile, the system automatically creates a task for the case manager. Within 2-4 weeks there is contact with the employee. Together we determine an appropriate follow-up action - coaching, career advice, company doctor or deployment of an intervention.
2.3 Group report
Consultants provide an anonymous group report with the main risks, discussed at least annually, ideally around contract time. This culminates in a concrete plan of action for sustainable employability and absenteeism reduction.
3.1 Prevention Platform (approx. 1,000 employees)
Mini-DIX, personal dashboard and direct access to a provider arc with interventions. Risk profiles are monitored individually and there is annual group reporting with recommendations. This fully integrates prevention into health and safety services.
3.2 Mini-DIX small SME (approx. 8,000 employees)
Low-threshold access via link, QR or email. Employees see their results in a personal dashboard and can contact the health and safety service if desired. Optionally, we provide group reports and advice, depending on size and participation.
3.3 DIX regular health and safety services (approx. 6,000 employees)
Comprehensive DIX with topics such as physical/mental health, lifestyle, workload and motivation. Risk profiles are followed up individually. Group results are available at ≥15 participants and form the basis for organization-wide advice and follow-up action.
4.1 PMO (Preventive Medical Examination)
In-depth Mini-DIX/DIX with medical checks and physical measurements. Voluntary participation, logical follow-up for employees with a risk profile, focused on early intervention.
4.2 Linkage with RI&E
Link outcomes from Mini-DIX/DIX/PMO to the RI&E. This ensures that signals land in structural measures and do not remain stuck in separate interventions.
