How does it work?
To support HR policies, a structured platform can be set up in which employees are activated, stimulated or inspired. The outcome of a survey can also be an important reason for introducing an employee platform.
The platform can be applied through Johan combined with research, coaching or other interventions, for example, and can be continuously updated with news items, blogs or themed campaigns.
In the dashboard, steering information about requested interventions becomes available with which the internal policy around sustainable employability can be adjusted.
