Johan.nl is a secure online platform where you can get products and services from your employer to help you develop. Our platform is secure because you as a user are our focus.
Johan B.V. was founded on November 30, 2016, resulting from a partnership between TNO, Stichting Nationaal Platform Duurzame Inzetbaarheid and WerkVanNu.
Johan.nl has succeeded in bringing knowledge and technology together by putting you, the participant, at the center. This has created a digital ecosystem. In this ecosystem, employees, employers, industry organizations, content providers, service providers, knowledge institutes and educational institutions come together to work on sustainable employability.
Since going live in March 2017, about 300 partners and providers work with Johan, nearly 2,000 employers are connected, and more than 150,000 employees are active on Johan.
An organization likes to have healthy, motivated and competent employees. Sustainable employability is about working in a healthy and pleasant way. But mental and physical fitness, work-life balance and career planning are also of great importance.
Johan.nl has found that in order to get sustainable employability off the ground, joining forces is essential. By working together, knowledge and skills are combined. As a result, organizations are better able to consider sustainable employability as a core value.
One of Johan.nl's greatest strengths is providing a secure platform that always complies with the most up-to-date privacy regulations. Johan.nl is fully compliant with the requirements of the AVG. More information about this can be found here.
Johan.nl is completely independent in terms of content and services around sustainable employability and only provides technology to its partners. This means that Johan.nl is in no way competing with market parties / providers.
As an employee you can use the Johan.nl platform to securely access career programs, examinations, surveys or learnings. All this is done completely securely and according to the strictest privacy legislation. This allows you to confidently participate in the programs offered. We put you as a participant first.
As an organization, it is essential to think carefully about what the value of Johan.nl can be within your organization. One example is the current and future position of your organization.
But also the supply of products and/or services, changes in the market or compliance with laws and regulations are important. Johan.nl advises organizations to think about this.
A Johan.nl account is a strictly personal account. You often receive an invitation from your employer to create a Johan.nl account. This Johan.nl account that you create is and remains your property. Even if you change employers, you still have access to your Johan.nl account.
Creating a Johan.nl account is of course not mandatory. It gives you access to fun and educational products. It allows you to develop yourself further or to gain access to the results of certain studies.
