Johan B.V. was founded as a new company on November 30, 2016, resulting from a partnership between TNO, Stichting Nationaal Platform Duurzame Inzetbaarheid and WerkVanNu.
Johan.nl has succeeded in bringing knowledge and technology together by focusing on the employee as the end user. An employer can invite an employee to participate in a project. Within a project, the employee receives a personal offer of products for further development. Even if the employee is no longer employed by this employer, he or she has access to his or her data. After all, the employee is in control of his or her own data.
