Sustainable employability (DI) is about the extent to which work suits you and whether it will continue to do so in the future. DI is not only about health, but also about professional knowledge, skills, motivation for work and work-life balance.
This short questionnaire is the first step in understanding sustainable employability. With only 13 questions you will get a picture of the personal employability of employees and points they can work on.
In addition to the Mini-DIX, there is also an expanded version of this questionnaire. It measures the sustainable employability of your organization with even more questions.
