TNO's Psychosocial Workload (PSA) questionnaire identifies factors related to work pressure, such as emotional and cognitive workload, burnout complaints, social support from colleagues and supervisors, and employee autonomy and control options. In this way, the questionnaire provides insight into the work pressure experienced, as well as starting points for addressing work pressure within an organization.
