Vacancy: Client Manager at Johan.nl

Johan.nl is a digital SAAS platform used for research in the field of vitality and wellbeing. Due to the growth of our tech product, we are looking for an enthusiastic colleague to manage our partners well.

We are looking for candidates who want to grow in their role. So whether you are at the beginning of your career or already experienced, within this position there are several opportunities to be able to develop yourself and grow with the company.

As client manager, you play a crucial role in providing high-quality service to our A-partners and ensuring that they can make optimal use of our software.


Your duties:

  • Client management: Provide support to partners through various channels.
  • Client setups for partners, support in project setups and communications.
  • Reporting and follow-up: Effectively report and follow-up improvements to the development team and monitor progress.
  • Training users: Training partners in the use of the Johan.nl platform.
  • Documentation: Updating documentation and creating instructions for users.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has good communication skills: Both written and verbal to clearly convey (technical) customer and user information within the team.
  • Customer focused: Able to understand customer needs and proactively offer solutions.
  • Has problem-solving thinking skills: Able to solve customer issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Affinity with tech: Basic knowledge of software- and fast learning curve when it comes to system functionalities.
