Vacancy: Implementation assistant at Johan.nl

Johan.nl is the largest online platform for corporate vitality. We develop smart, data-driven software that allows organizations to optimally manage their work processes and vitality and wellness programs. To continue our growth, we are looking for an Implementation Officer to be responsible for the successful implementations of our platform at customers.

Are you an organizational talent with strong digital skills and a customer-focused approach? Do you want to play an important role in guiding implementation processes? Then this position might be for you!

Your duties:

  • Lead implementations: You will be responsible for the entire implementation process at customer sites.
  • Digital Setup: You ensure that customer environments are properly set up and tailored to their needs.
  • Monitor schedules: You establish implementation schedules and keep clients and internal teams informed of progress.
  • Guidance & Customer Contact: You will interact with customers and guide them in the smooth adoption of our platform.
  • Process optimization: You will help think about how we can make our implementations even more efficient and effective.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Experienced in supervising software implementations and/or project management.
  • Communicative strong and knows how to manage expectations well with clients and colleagues.
  • From an analytical and structured approach keeps overview in complex trajectories.
  • Affinity for technology and is comfortable with digital tools.
