Vacancy: Product Owner at Johan.nl

Johan.nl is the largest online platform for corporate vitality. We develop smart, data-driven software that enables organizations to optimally manage their work processes and vitality and wellness programs. To continue our growth, we are looking for a Product Owner who has experience with modern software development and is responsible for managing our product offering.

Your duties:

  • Develop product vision: You will be responsible for product strategy and ensure that our software always meets the needs of our customers.
  • Backlog management: You will establish the product backlog, prioritize features and ensure that development teams can work efficiently.
  • Stakeholder Management: You work closely with customers, internal teams and other stakeholders to gather product requirements and manage expectations.
  • Coordinate Releases: You will ensure timely and quality delivery of product updates, with a focus on achieving desired outcomes.
  • Collaboration with development teams: You will guide and support your tech lead colleague to achieve the vision and goals of the product.
  • Customer focus: You ensure that customer feedback is collected and processed so that the product continuously improves and performs optimally.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has experience as a Product Owner, preferably in a software development environment.
  • Strong in communication and effectively translating customer needs into concrete product requirements.
  • Is analytically strong and has good ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment.
  • Affinity with technology and modern development methods such as Agile, Scrum and DevOps, Jira / Linear
  • Solution-oriented and customer-oriented thinking and strives for continuous product improvement.
