How conducting a PMO works
During a preventive medical examination, a participant can complete one or more questionnaires (covering topics such as sustainable employability, lifestyle, PSA or working conditions). In his or her personal dashboard, the participant immediately sees the results, including a selected range of interventions.
Monitoring the entire PMO process
The professional (occupational physician, occupational health nurse or coach) enters the physical readings from a PMO through the professional dashboard and (with approval) accesses the individual results of the participant.
Data analysis with a smart dashboard
The data from the survey becomes available in the analytics dashboard. It is then possible to make comparisons between groups (e.g. department, age, function) and make cross-references between the various outcomes from the questionnaire(s) and physical measurements.
